Dear Pastor, dear Ministry Leader, dear Pastor’s Spouse and Family:

We see you. We hear you. We understand.

You have an immerse responsibility in your role, your calling. It is an honor. It is a weight. It is a joy. It can be very, very costly.

You are called by the Father, a friend to the Son, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, a citizen of Heaven - and you are also human, existing in a finite body, facing challenges and hardships, living in a broken world.

According to recent studies by the Barna Group, Pastoral Care Inc, and Lifeway Research, we know that the stressors of pastors (and also leaders and their families) include:

  • Working long and late hours

  • Negative impacts on their health, and their family

  • Emotional and physical burnout

  • Navigating relationships with other pastors, and staff

  • Struggling being consistent in personal Bible study and prayer

  • Considering leaving the role of pastor

  • Loneliness and isolation

  • Pressure, expectations, and emotional burdens

We don’t want you to suffer or struggle alone. In fact, we believe there is another way. It may not be easy, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. There is hope, and there are tools, truths, concepts and a variety of learnings we have gathered over decades of experience that we would like to share with you, to encourage you and strengthen you as you follow the calling God has placed on you - whether that is to continue in your role, to make a change, or even to take a break and rest. We trust He will speak to us, and to you!

We will walk beside you in individual coaching sessions, with your team or staff in group sessions, or even come speak and present at your church. Let us know what your needs are, and we will do our best to help.
