This retreat, led by Liz and Marlene—pastor's kids who deeply understand the unique challenges of serving in churches and para-church organizations—is designed specifically for those who grew up in ministry and are now in ministry themselves. Kicking off a three-month cohort, this retreat provides the perfect blend of spiritual guidance, leadership development, and rejuvenating activities in beautiful Newport Beach, CA.

Three-Month Cohort  

The retreat is just the beginning. Following the retreat, participants will continue their journey through a three-month long cohort, where they’ll gather for monthly Zoom calls to dive deeper into group coaching and support. This extended time together allows for ongoing reflection and growth, ensuring participants stay connected and encouraged long after the retreat ends.  

Cohort and Zoom sessions are included in the retreat price.

Retreat Highlights  

- Welcome Dinner: Kick off the retreat with a special evening of connection and conversation at a local restaurant.

- Leadership Sessions: Engage in dynamic sessions focusing on personal and spiritual growth. Topics include ministry challenges, leadership resilience, and the pursuit of vocational clarity.

- Duffy Boat Ride: Enjoy scenic views of Newport Harbor on a private Duffy boat, followed by dinner on board.

- Train Ride to LA: Take a round-trip train journey from Santa Ana to Los Angeles for a day of exploration, reflection, and group bonding.

- Debrief & Closing Session: Share insights gained and set intentions for your ministry journey during our final debrief session before departure.
